Veden Tennis Score

1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application named Veden Tennis Score (the “App”) on Google Play. The App is developed and published by Ivo Nedev (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains how the App handles information when you use it.

2. Information we access or collect

We do not access, collect, transmit, or receive personal or sensitive user data through the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials;
• Location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health, SMS, or call data;
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, or usage analytics; and
• Crash reports, diagnostic data, or advertising profiles sent to us.

The App does not provide account creation or sign-in. It does not use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, cookies, or third-party services that collect data on our behalf.

3. Score and player information

Score values and any player labels you enter are used only on your device to display and calculate the current match score. This information is not uploaded, transmitted to us, added to a remote database, or shared with another party. We cannot view or retrieve it.

4. Secure data handling

Our primary security measure is data minimization: the App does not request personal or sensitive information and does not transmit such information to us. Score calculations take place locally on your device within Android’s application sandbox. Because no user data is sent to us, it is not exposed through our servers, databases, backups, analytics tools, or third-party processors.

The App does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, SMS, call logs, or health information.

5. Data retention

We do not store or retain user data, personal data, sensitive data, score history, or player information on our systems. There is therefore no developer-held retention period.

Temporary score information may remain visible only while you are using the App. It is discarded when you reset the match, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App. We do not keep server logs, archives, or backups containing this information.

6. Data deletion

Since the App has no accounts and we do not collect or retain user data, there is no account or developer-held user record to delete, and no formal data deletion request is required.

To remove any temporary information from your device, you can:

• Reset the current match within the App;
• Use Android Settings to clear the App’s storage or data; or
• Uninstall the App.

If you believe you provided information to us outside the App or have a question about deletion, email inedev1@gmail.com. We will review and respond to the request, but we cannot delete information that the App never collected and that we do not possess.

7. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, share, disclose, or transfer user data to advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, service providers, or any other third party. Because we do not collect user data, there is no user data to share or sell.

8. Children’s privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The same no-collection, no-sharing, and no-retention practices described in this policy apply to every user. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside the App, please contact us.

9. Google Play and external services

Google Play may process information independently when you download or update the App. That activity is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy and is not data collected or controlled by the Veden Tennis Score App or by us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or legal requirements change. Any revision will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a future version of the App begins to collect or transmit user data, this policy and the App’s Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated before that change takes effect.
